Neighbor Panel
This is the panel where you can see your friendly Farmville neighbors. Clicking on them will bring you to their farm. Otherwise, you can click on Add Neigbor to invite your friends to come over and join you in Farmville!
Tool Panel
This is the panel where you can see your friendly Farmville neighbors. Clicking on them will bring you to their farm. Otherwise, you can click on Add Neigbor to invite your friends to come over and join you in Farmville!
Zoom In/Out Button
The buttons that look like magnifying glasses but with a ‘+’ and ‘-‘ signs allow you to zoom in and out of the game. Refer to the images below to find out just how much you can zoom in and out of your own little plot of land.
Full Screen Button
The icon that has two overlapping squares is the Full Screen button. Clicking on this button allows you to switch to Full Screen Mode where the game can be played in full screen. Compare the two images below to see the difference between the game in full screen mode and normal mode.
Camera Tool
Not many know this but Farmville allows you to take photos of your farm. Using this nifty camera tool you get to take snapshots and post them on Facebook. Click on the icon and you will see the outline of a red square appear on screen. Click on your mouse if you wish to take a particular scene in your farm. A caption box appears which allows you to write anything you want as accompaniment to your photo. Clicking accept will publish this photo in your Facebook page!
Cursor Tool
The cursor tool is also known as a Multi Tool. Click on this and you can move about your farm effortlessly.
Hoe (Plow) Tool
The green hoe tool is also your reliable plowing tool. You can plow anywhere on the green lands of your farm to prepare them for planting fruits and vegetables. Once you’ve planted and harvested your fruits and vegetables, the land will turn into fallow land. This needs to be plowed to start the planting and harvesting process all over again. However, if and when your fruits or vegetables withered, it’s time to take out your plow tool and turn them into plowed plots of land.
Shovel (Delete) Tool
The shovel is also another essential tool in Farmville. Want to delete a plot of land and move it somewhere else? Use your shovel and delete that plot! You will be asked if you really wanted to delete the plot you clicked. Accepting it will delete the plot – FOREVER!
Ribbons
The Ribbons button shows you what sort of awards you can achieve, and have already achieved in Farmville. Besides being able to show off to your neighbors, these ribbons also give you extra XP and coins, not to mention a special prize as appreciation of your hard work on Farmville.
Market Button
The Market button is very important in Farmville. It gives you access to the Farmville Market where you can buy everything you can possibly dream of in Farmville. You can purchase seeds, trees, animals, buildings, decorations, vehicles as well as farm upgrades to make your farm life a wee bit easier to live. You can opt to buy or send the items you purchased as gifts for your neighbors.
Gifts Button
This is where you will be able to see what gifts you have in your Gift Box! You can either use or sell these presents for coins.
